We biked 21 miles down to Imperial Beach, the last place we knew we could get to, and then biked another 8 miles, some through flooded paths trying to get closer to the border. We did see it, in stretches, but ultimately couldn't get near the actual border, as most of the "border park" is closed. Fantastic trip, fantastic people; I really enjoyed myself on this one. The new knee is doing great and am eyeing further adventures.
